Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and performance. We use this data only in aggregate.

When interactive features launch, such as the guided drafting tool, they will come with their own clear privacy terms before you enter any information, consistent with the Privacy Act 2020. Anything you would enter into a drafting tool, your assets, debts and family arrangements, is sensitive, and we will treat it that way.

Questions about privacy or requests about your information can be raised when contact features launch alongside the interactive tools; until then the site collects no personal information to ask about.
